    Viele Geräte von Jura haben ein elektrisches Keramikventil, Jura nennt es Mehrwegeventil. Es steuert den Wasserfluss für Heißwasser, Dampf, Milchschaum und natürlich Kaffee. Das Keramikventil kann kaputt gehen, dann funktioniert der Automat nicht mehr richtig, oft wird Fehler 6 angezeigt. Die Fehlerquellen können sein:
    * (Mikro-)Riss im Verteilerkopf
    * Verkalkung insbesondere der Keramikscheiben/Dichtungen
    * Defekte Mikroschalter
    * Mitnehmer im Inneren abgeschliffen
    * Motor defekt
    Die Reparatur gelingt nicht immer. Aber da das Ersatzteil ziemlich teuer ist, lohnt sich ein Versuch. Insbesondere ist der Austausch defekter Mikroschalter recht leicht.
    Die Reparatur wird an einem Keramikventil einer Z6 (2018) gezeigt. Bei anderen Modellen sind die Ventile sehr ähnlich.

      Guide Steps

      Step 1

      There are many sensitive parts on the inside of the Valve. The exact position is important and often the only position that works is the original one. Work slowly and carefully and take many pictures of the original positions, so you can reassemble them again later.

      Step 2

      The distributor's Head is secured by two Torx Screws. If you loosen them, you can take the head off. Notice the two Nuts that get loose too.

      The Image shows an old and new switch. They are the most common cause of error of the Valve. It is clearly visible how the shutter button has been ground down by about 1 mm and can't activate.
