Changement capteur avant Roomba i7 - Changer le capteur avantou i7+ (retour base)
    Mon Robot ne détectait plus sa base. Il y revenait, se mettait en place, mais continuait d’avancer, même avec le voyant de charge allumé. Il repartait ensuite, avait un parcours erratique et finissait par partir en erreur.[br]

    Pour confirmer que le capteur est défectueux, utilisez la barrière optique et demandez au robot de faire un nettoyage. S’il ne détecte pas la barrière optique, le capteur est défectueux.

      Guide Steps

      Step 1

      Remove the dust collector. Disassemble the 6 screws marked in blue. Then remove the brush spotted with the orange arrow. You can then remove the bottom of the robot

      Step 2

      The lower cover of the bumper is removed. By lifting the robot you will be able to clear the "bumper" to access the sensor.

      Step 3

      You must then unplug the sensor connector from your card. There are 2 screws to remove to disassemble the sensor

      Here is the sensor that is easily found for sale on the internet by searching for "RCON Certified iRobot i7 Sensor Kit"
